Electronic Pull-Tabs Update as of 5/11/23:

  • The language to eliminate many of the best features of E-tabs is in the House tax bill, but not the Senate.
  • A conference committee of 5 House members and 5 Senators is meeting to work out the final bill. We want to make sure the E-tabs language stays out of the final bill.

  • $73 million in local wages statewide annually.
  • $70 million in statewide revenue for local bars, restaurants, and other gaming sites annually.
